This Privacy Policy explains how Zoentia One Pharma LLC (“Zoentia One Pharma”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a NexusFinLabs company and operator of the Zoentia One Pharma website at pharma.nexusfinlabs.com (the “Site”), collects, uses and protects personal data. 2. What personal data we collect
We only process the personal data you choose to provide when you contact us or request early access through the Site. We do not collect special categories of data. Specifically:
- Contact details: your name and business email address.
- Professional details: your company and role.
- Enquiry content: any information you include in the “use case” field or in emails you send us.
- Technical data: standard server logs generated by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type and timestamps) for security and reliability. The Site does not use cookies or advertising trackers.

- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
